Recipe ~ Zesty Garlic Hummus, Cheaper & Healthier DIY

This recipe shows how you can Create your own Cheaper & Healthier Zesty Garlic Humus. And you control the sodium and Fat!!!
Here are the Ingredients:
2 Cans (rinsed) or 30oz of Cooked Chick Peas
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
2 tbsp Dry Roasted Sesame Seeds
1/2 Roasted Red Pepper
1/4 Raw sm. Onion
3 lg. cloves of Roasted Garlic or substitute using 1-2 raw cloves for Stronger Garlic Flavor
2 tsp. Cumin & 1 tsp of Curry
1 and 1/2 tsp of Salt and or Pepper to taste
Blend until creamy (reserve some liquid to add to blender if needed)
