Weight loss comes easy for some, yet feels like an elusive life sentence for many.   God’s Perfect Size is the gift of freedom the Lord gave me to escape the deadly trap of obesity.  God’s Perfect Size does not claim to have all the answers, but we know the one who does, and He is our trustworthy source of power to lose weight!

It has been difficult to watch the world roll out its pills and potions, promising the freedom we all crave. Sadly, it all comes at a high cost. If freedom involves long-term side effects, dependence on poisonous potions, and a solution that sidesteps consistent obedience to God, then that is not freedom.

Jesus is the ONLY one who can offer real, eternal salvation.  God’s Perfect Size is founded on the truth that God will set the captives free!  If you are stuck in a pattern of compulsive overeating and obesity.  Let God in.  He loves you and longs to rescue you. 

God’s Perfect Size is here to support you.  Hear me when I say we offer support, but freedom comes from God alone.  Choose God.  Cry out to him and let him into your health journey. 

My prayer is that you begin to understand that you are worth it.  The enemy sees your value and is fighting hard to destroy you. 

But God!

He will fight for you and always be with you! Fight back.  Fight for you and your loved one.  Do the work of submitting to God and allowing him to walk you into your freedom.   As always, my prayers go with you.  May God’s Grace keep you!
